Challenge Island STEAM Badge workshops – Cadettes

Challenge Island STEM/STEAM workshops fulfill several Cadette Badge and Journey requirements. Girls work in teams to take on a variety of STEM challenges using only the basic materials provided to them. Girls will receive a Challenge Island fun patch for each workshop they complete. In addition to STEM/STEAM concepts, Challenge Island helps develop critical social and emotional skills such as leadership, communication, teamwork, critical thinking, problem solving and public speaking.

Cadette workshops include:
– Think Like an Engineer Journey Workshop (3 hours)
– Marketing Badge Workshop (3 hours)
– Entrepreneur Badge Workshop (3 hours)
– Comic Artist Badge Workshop (3 hours)

We bring the workshop to a location of your choice, on a day and time that works best for your troop.
