Girl Scouts is partnering with the United States of Kindness to support a nationwide call to action to complete 250 Acts of Kindness in 2026 in honor of America’s 250th year.
Kindness is already part of what Girl Scouts do every day. This initiative offers a simple way for troops and families to elevate those moments and connect them to a larger movement across the country.
Girl Scout Kindness Patch
Part of the 250 Acts of Kindness Challenge – A nationwide call to action of 250 acts of kindness in 2026
This year, Girl Scouts across the country have a simple way to earn a Kindness Patch and help lead the nation’s largest kindness challenge.
How to Earn the Patch
Each Girl Scout completes three acts of kindness, or the troop completes them together
Talk about it as a troop. At your next meeting, share what you did and how it felt. What surprised you? Who did you help?
Tell USK your story. Have a troop leader submit a quick recap at USofKindness.org or tag @usofkindness on social media. A sentence or two, and a photo if you have one.
