This is a one-time event (Family Fun FAIR Dance) created to encourage people to consider beginning weekly 2-hour square dance lessons. The lessons begin in September and run until May, at which time participants “graduate” and become “angels” to help others learn to square dance! Learning something new is always awesome. Square dancing is frequently described as “Friendship set to music.”
The Family Fun FAIR Dance will be at St. Paul Lutheran Church, 276 E. Bagley Rd., Berea, OH, 44017 in the Friendship Hall. Parking is free and close to the entrance door.
This evening’s event is FREE to all non-dancers and Fair food (hot dogs, popcorn, lemonade, cotton candy, ice cream, etc.) will be available and free to all. No registration is necessary. Just come and enjoy learning to do some square dancing! You don’t need to stay the entire evening (unless you want to!)
Given the evening hour, it would probably be best if young Girl Scouts were accompanied by an adult. Ambassadors would be welcome without a chaperone.
