Learn to Square Dance

Girls will learn to square dance by attending weekly (or less frequent if participants desire) lessons, instructed by an experienced square dance caller. This is a wonderful way to combine exercise, music and friendship. In fact, square dancing has often been described as “Friendship set to music!” So, bring your friends and all learn together. (And your parents can learn, too!)

Lessons will be at St. Paul Lutheran Church, 276 E. Bagley Rd., Berea, OH, 44017 in the Friendship Hall. Parking is free and close to the entrance door.

The first lesson is free and subsequent lessons are $5 for a two hour session.

Please contact Diane Moore (dianebutlermoore@gmail.com) so we can decide how many Girl Scouts are interested and which day (Sat. or Sun.) and time are preferred by those interested.

Lessons are ongoing for approximately 9 months and regular attendance is encouraged. If there is a dancing badge or if Girl Scouts can create their own badge, they are encourage to do so.
