Join the MidTown Market team and fight hunger on the front lines! While working, volunteers completely take over operations for the MidTown Market, a full choice pantry, by helping guests shop our shelves, keep the pantry clean, and shelves stocked.
Volunteering at MidTown Market is a great way to learn about food justice in Cleveland, how food banks and food pantries function in Ohio, and the ways we fight hunger every day.
Tuesdays – 12:30pm-3:30pm
Thursdays – 9:30am-12:30pm
Email volunteers@hungernetwork.org to inquire about other times.
Fill out our volunteer application here: https://www.volgistics.com/appform/1116593540. After we receive your submission, we’ll approve you to start scheduling for shifts. If you have any questions or want to put a group together, email jlang@hungernetwork.org.
For girls that are too young to drive, we recommend chaperones coming along! This is a great job almost anyone can do, but tons of people come in and out of our pantry over the course of the day, and so we like adults around to help with younger teens.
Closed toed shoes are required, pants are recommended.
Just turn off Euclid into our parking lot. There’s plenty of space for everyone.
